Advanced Production Process

1. Substrate Preparation: Select high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel coils (SGCC, DX51D, etc.) as raw materials, and go through degreasing, pickling, water washing and drying processes to thoroughly remove oil stains, rust and impurities on the surface, ensuring the flatness and cleanliness of the substrate and laying a foundation for subsequent coating and printing adhesion.
2. Chemical Conversion Treatment: The treated substrate is coated with a chemical conversion film, which enhances the adhesion between the substrate and the coating, further improving the anti-corrosion performance and durability of the product.
3. Primer Coating: Adopt automatic roller coating technology to uniformly apply the anti-corrosion primer on the substrate. The coating thickness is precisely controlled at 8-12μm to form the first anti-corrosion protective layer.
4. Printing Process: According to the customer's customized pattern requirements, use high-precision roller printing technology to transfer the pattern to the primer layer. The printing pressure and speed are strictly controlled to ensure that the pattern is clear, accurate and has good adhesion.
5. Topcoat Coating: Apply a protective topcoat on the printed layer to enhance the wear resistance, scratch resistance and color fastness of the product. The topcoat can be selected from PE, PVDF, HDP and other materials according to the use environment.
6. High-Temperature Curing: The coated and printed steel coil is sent to a high-temperature oven (180-220℃) for curing. Under the precise control of temperature and time, the coating and printing layer are fully cured, forming a hard and dense protective film.
7. Precision Cutting & Quality Inspection: After curing, the steel coil is cut into standard or customized sizes according to customer needs. Each batch of products will undergo strict quality inspection, including salt spray test, adhesion test, color difference test and pattern clarity test, to ensure that the products meet international standards (ASTM, EN, JIS).
8. Packaging & Storage: Qualified products are packaged with moisture-proof film, anti-collision foam and wooden pallets to prevent moisture, scratch and deformation during long-distance sea transportation, ensuring that the products arrive at the customer's hands in perfect condition.
